Cena Romana – Vini e Cucina Della Regione

CHAPTER 1: ROME 

Our popular monthly regional dinners are back!!!
First stop: Rome.

Expect Roman classics: Salvia Fritta, Puntarelle, Suppli al Telefono, both Artichokes as we couldn’t pick a favourite: Carciofo alla Romana (braised) & alla Giudia (deep fried). Obviously some explosive pasta dishes:  Paccheri all’Amatriciana or Paccheri al Sugo di Coda (with the ox-tail sauce). Baccala Fritto (deep fried cod) and her majesty “Coda alla Vaccinara” 6 hour slow cooked Ox-Tail served in its own “sugo” and plenty of focaccia to dip in.

Get ready to roll your sleeves up!!!

All paired with a selection of some of the most exciting growers of Lazio region: Le Coste, Gazzetta and Abbia Nuova just to name a few.

Tables are available from 4pm
