Sean O’Callaghan, the mastermind behind @tenutadicarleone will be pouring his exceptional range of sangiovese paired with classic Tuscan dishes. Previously head winemaker at the famous estate Riecine for 25 years, Sean has an unsurpassed knowledge and understanding of the local terroir and microclimates, and a unique affinity with the Sangiovese grape. An evening dedicated to the region we have probably showcased the most since day one, when it wasn’t as popular as it is now. We have put together a list of the best Jura growers and some their rare and old vintages, which will be available by the glass and bottle. Food menu entirely focused on the region, from Comte + Vin Jaune to Montbeliard sausages and so on.
