We are thrilled to kick off our first bar takeover of the year with Ivano & Paola from Santuvario in northern Piedmont.
Join us for an evening of amazing wines, delicious food and the stories behind their bottles of wine.

FEW WORDS ABOUT THE WINEMAKER:

Ivano and Paola are making timeless wines in one of the smallest wine region of Italy, Boca,
They started their winery in 2012 working mainly with centenary vines of Nebbiolo, Vespolina, Uva Rara, Croatina and other local varieties .Paola regularly looks after the vines while Ivano is in charge of the winemaking process.
