Lisbon Regional Dinner

Lisbon, with its colorful architecture and distinct neighborhoods, has long been one of our favorite destination for a rich culinary experience and the chance to explore unique wines along the Atlantic coast.

This dinner will take you on a journey through the city’s traditional dishes that have shaped Lisbon’s gastronomic identity — from Amêijoas à Bulhão Pato (garlic and coriander clams), to Bifanas (marinated pork sandwiches), and Sardinhas Assadas (grilled sardines), to name a few.

The Lisbon wine region, influenced by the Atlantic breeze and sandy soils, offers white wines that are light, crisp, and mineral-driven, alongside elegant reds with excellent structure and balance — especially from the more inland areass
