Pork meat rolls stuffed with caciocavallo cheese and pancetta

Cuoppo (Campania)
The iconic paper cone-shaped filled with fried finger food (fish or meat) typical of Naples

Arrosticini (Abruzzo)
Lamb skewers some of you have enjoyed at our Abruzzo night

Tigelle (Emilia-Romagna)
Flatbread filled with slow cooked pork or/and cheese you find in Modena

Pane e Panelle (Sicilia)
Classic panino from Palermo filled with crispy little bites made of chickpea flour.

Tables are available from 4pm

EMILIA ROMAGNA & LAMBRUSCO DAY

VINI E CUCINA DELLA REGIONE

 21st of JUNE `

APERITIVO 4-6PM
LAMBRUSCO
PANE & MORTADELLA

DINNER 6PM

From a cultural and gastronomical point of view the region is in fact two. Emilia is known for its solid, rich and indulgent cuisine whereas Romagna’s traditions are simpler and closer to the land.
What to expect on the menu? Both sides of the region:

Culatello di Zibello, Erbazzone (Savoury rustic pie), Quadretti con Seppie (Summer soup with pasta & squid), Cappelletti in Brodo, Cotoletta alla Bolognese to name a few.

Wine wise? On the same day it happens to be Lambrusco Day!!! To wash dinner down, we have put together the best selection of Lambrusco in all its expressions, along side plenty of still wine. Producers on the list: Ca’ de Noci, Angol d’Amig, Claudio Plessi, Modigliana and many others.

As usual, menu is a la carte and booking is essential.
